Michele's Corner Custom Wedding Cakes is a specialty wedding cake service provided for the bride of today offering 35 years experience in the baking field from the young age of 13. I am the third generation in a baking family with Italian and French influence dating back to the early 1900's where quality and service have always been my main focus. I still use the formal methods taught to me from my Grandfather and Father as well as incorporating new techniques and applying them today. My cake ,frosting, and filling recipes are from scratch using fine fresh local ingredients and every cake is made only to order and never frozen. I bake ,assemble, deliver and set up all of my cakes personally. Serving The North Bay for 12 years.
